The gut microbiome is the collection of bacteria and other microorganisms that live in the intestinal tract. It is a complex system that is closely linked to digestion and overall health.
In my own experience, endometriosis often causes digestive disorders, which are often caused by an imbalance in the intestinal flora.
Restoring this with the help of microbiome testing can be essential for both reducing unpleasant symptoms and treating the underlying causes.

Order a sampling kit
The sampling kit is available and can be picked up in person at my office, or requested by email at info@drhajdinaka.com, which will be sent by post.
The price of the sampling set is 15,000 HUF (+ postage), the fee for the laboratory test is 139,000 HUF, which can be paid by bank transfer based on the invoice sent with the barcode belonging to the set.

Sampling and nutritional questionnaire
The sample is collected at home according to the instructions in the box. Before submitting the sample, a 6-page online questionnaire must be completed, which will help with the later evaluation. (If the questionnaire is not completed, the result will not be uploaded.)

Submit a sample
The stool sample must be placed in the special transport tube and sent to the laboratory by post in the pre-addressed envelope.

Laboratory test
The analysis is carried out using DNA-based sequencing technology, not only at the genus but also at the species level. The approximately 50-page report will be available on the website within 10 working days, using the identifier provided in the sampling kit.

Consultation (evaluation)
Once the results are available, an expert consultation is recommended, during which the findings of the microbiome test are analyzed in detail. The purpose of the consultation is to make the results understandable and, if necessary, to provide the patient with lifestyle, dietary or therapeutic recommendations to support the balance of the intestinal flora and to treat any complaints that arise in this regard.
