LEONARDO® DUAL 45
The uniqueness of the device lies in the dual wavelength technology (980 nm and 1470 nm), which allows for extremely precise cutting and simultaneous coagulation (hemorrhage control) of tissues.
In practice, this means that:
- tissue damage is minimal,
- bleeding during surgery is significantly reduced,
- pain and edema after surgery are almost negligible,
- the healing time is significantly shortened.

HOLA®
Hysteroscopic laser procedures — outpatient care
HOLA® (Hysteroscopic Outpatient Laser Applications) technology enables the gentle treatment of uterine lesions without anesthesia or hospitalization. The thin laser fiber focuses specifically on the lesion, while leaving the intact endometrium intact - this is especially important for later childbearing.
